Healing and Wisdom Statements: Dr. Rama

Here are some wisdom statements coming to me this morning. Some the reader may have heard already. What I have learned is that we get themes and inspiration over and over again until it finally soaks in.

We often do not know why things are repeated. Someone out there just may need to here something again and again or at the precise moment to cut through their soul like a knife to perform the exact spiritual surgery necessary to make change, breakthrough, transformation and growth.




1. Love plus abuse is still abuse. True and real love is not abusive. It does not control and interfere with our free will. Any experience that is mixed with abuse of any kind even if it seems loving is ultimately harmful to our Spirit. We always have a choice to go or stay....do we not want something in life that is more than just a soup of ingredients that do not go well together?

We are sacred beings and we all deserve the highest and the best. Many who have been abused do not realize they are being abused because this is all they know....this is why it is important to realize that love has nothing to do with negative behaviors.......

2. Real and true beauty is not bought or sold. There is a healthy way to promote beauty and an unhealthy way. The healthy way empowers, uplifts and enlightens the person participating and the people the promotion is being received by; there is no harm created and there is balance and fairness in exchange.

Unhealthy buying and selling of beauty is often exploitative and dis empowering. It takes advantage of the one who is being "marketed" and often leads to crossing the line with sex and sexuality. Those participating can and will justify in their own way as we all have free choice.

However, in my medical and clinical experience, those that cross the lines into being abused, misused and exploited are often recreating their childhood abuse and trauma and think that Self esteem is built on a false face of exaggerated sexuality and exploitation because that is what they grew up with. The illusion of being "important and useful" is falsely and poorly compensated because through such abuse there is really inner starvation for real Self worth and Self esteem.

Those preying on such ones know exactly how to play masterful mind games to keep such beautiful ones trapped, embroiled, snared and controlled so that their free will is broken and they can continue to be used and marketed like a common product. Many are controlled by drugs and other manipulative behaviors that keep such ones restricted and confused so that they never think clearly for themselves and thus they are continuously taken advantage of while they think they have a "wonderful career and life."--

Such ones must wake up or face more suffering.

The more common outcome is not a successful career in beauty but rather a downward spiral into further abuse, misuse, addictions and exploitation like a cage without a key. It leads to further feeling of weakness and drainage of the vital life force that leads to premature aging, disease, and the discouragement, depression and despair of heart and emotions, mind and Spirit.

There is only one way out of this and that is to walk away and start a new life: reexploring the true meaning of life in the Light and what it means to develop and maintain a healthy sense of Self that was possibly injured and damaged growing up and how our own choices recreated the problems in adulthood, if that is the case. It does not matter if we are poorer materially-after we walk away-if we are rebuilding our real Spirit and our Self-esteem that is worth more than gold.

Only through professional and individual support and through a loving and trusted friend and partner can this be done along with one's true spiritual pursuits in the Light. In the Light, we will be provided for---once we walk into the Light we will see that we will have just enough because we had the courage to stand up and walk away from the Dark.......


3. Even if we are in fear we still have to behave "as if" and take charge of our life. We have to face change to change face.


4. Nothing at a true Spiritual level or practice will ever interfere with our free will. It will never appear twisted, warped or harmful. It will never injure us or anybody.....anything out there that does these things is the product of the darkened mind---not from the enlightened Spirit.

We must be discerning and careful because when we are emotionally injured we are more likely to absorb and accept this darkened thinking and think that such behavior will be to our benefit when in reality it is completely to our harm and detriment.

5. What comes from the Dark will slip back into the Dark; what comes from the Light will remain with us in "Light....". Whether it is money, riches, fame, and name, if it was created and born from the Dark--- it will always go back to the Dark. This is a Cosmic law.

The negative karma created will eventually come back to us as "instant karma" ---- where we will face loneliness, loss of twin flames and soul mates who walk away from us because of our stubbornness and resistance, misfortune, further abuse, isolation, disease, worsening addictions, legal problems, depression, severe anxiety and panic disorder, stomach and GI upset, other ailments and loss of the money anyway, as well as the loss of our beauty that was bought and sold......in the name of the Dark......

More on the Movie "Avatar" and Some thoughts on Staying Safe With Spiritual Practices and Relationships...Dr. Rama

Once again for the second time, I saw that movie, Avatar...it is so beautiful and very moving.



The theme song "I See You" by Leona Lewis, sings volumes. For those inspired, this song says so much about Twin Flame and Soul Mate essences and much about the essence of spirituality in the Light.

I hope that many are inspired by this song. James Cameron the producer is such a genius. This song along with the theme from Titanic are two of my all time favorites.



They share his (James') soul essence in these two songs. If one simply closes their eyes and listens with their heart, they will surely feel this from deep inside.


Avatar is a beautiful love story and it reflects the essence of Spirituality. This song in the movie reflects what I feel inside.


It captures only a small portion in my heart of what I feel for humanity as a whole, other friends who I know, and even the individual, "Aurora" who I write about.

I hope my heart reaches humanity in an ever-expanding way that truly touches humanity and one day I hope soon, someone who shares my heart as well.


I invite Aurora and others willing, to close their eyes to just dare to FEEL.

We are feeling beings; we are all destined to FEEL. It is our birthright. We must give ourselves permission to truly FEEL and not be frightened...especially if we were never allowed to or if we were shut down for whatever reason.

What could and would it FEEL like to truly share this twin flame essence with someone? What would it be like to have genuine friendship and mutual caring and sharing? Can we allow ourselves to FEEL and BE long enough to bring forward such depth that is hidden inside of us?

I believe we all have this capacity.....


So many things in this life interfere, block, and seem to take away the priceless gift of true feeling in the Light. So much occurs to shut down our hearts. Our choices sometimes leave us not being able to truly feel from within. We allow others to feel and think for us when we are weakened and afraid....



It is my sincere wish that all who read this blog (including myself) to not allow the shutdown of the heart to occur.



Let us invite the Light; let us welcome Light and Love. Let us heal from what we must to keep our hearts open. Let us open our hearts if they are closed, wounded, injured, confused or clouded. Let us all "Truly See" as the song resounds....



This Light and Love is part of the "Divine Mother" as this movie so beautifully reflects.



This theme song "I See You" so magically illustrates the Twin Flame essence and Soul mate essence that two beings can truly share when their hearts are open and free...or at least on the way to being that way.


To me, spirituality and heart to heart connection is free and unbinding. It is never forced and is not controlling. It does not involve anything that makes us uncomfortable. It is not filled with lust and distorted images and impressions of the Light.

It does not involve rituals that do not uplift, inspire and reflect purity and benevolence.

It does not include anything that destroys, tortures, hurts, captures, and torments anybody or anything nor is twisted and warped for that matter.

Why would the essence of Spirit in the Light need such things?

None of these things in my opinion draw us closer to the Light--it only pull us more away from the heart and into Darkness....of course we can choose to be there...however we need to be prepared for the negative result in that choice---are we able to bear the karma? ---- And the after effects?



Only the darkened human mind can create such things that distort the inner Light. We must use our common sense and our own radar of the purity of our hearts to see this and gage this when we are in relationships or participating in Spiritual practices.

What are negative relationships or spiritual practices doing to us? Are they truly beneficial or are they recreating our trauma and abuse? Are they preying upon our vulnerabilities, fears and weaknesses? Are they encouraging us and treating us properly or only adding to our injury through abuse and misuse in any form?

Are we clouded and blinded by substances and addictions that such practices and relationships encourage that only keep us dull, clouded, blinded, controlled, incoherent, weakened, sluggish, and not able to think and act for ourselves?

Are any spiritual practices or relationships creating more darkness and fear? Is there anything that interferes with our free will? Is there anything that does not feel right and seems like trickery and mind games?

These are the things we must be very, very careful about. I urge all who do not feel comfortable with such people, relationships and practices to be very vigilant in realizing what is not right for us.

When we are injured and wounded, we tend to search for answers and solutions and healing more rigorously than others. We can be very, very naive because of our vulnerability to injury.

So we must use our innate power and free will to really see what is loving and in the Light and what is Darkened by the twisting and distortions of the mind: whether they be an individual or a group of people. We cannot succumb to verbal injury or anything that brings us down.

We have to listen to our gut reaction to any warnings that our Higher Self are telling us. And, we must take action to avoid any further injury.

Love and Light are freeing and nurturing, not binding and deceiving. Many do not know what this is because sometimes they have not experienced enough love in life.

However, let us realize and know that nothing should compromise our safety and security. We must be strong enough to see and read the "red flags" that may come up if we are presented with some form of healing, spirituality or other activities that we feel do not add up or do not feel right. Nothing is worth our safety and integrity.

No one and nothing should take advantage of our body, mind and Spirit.....No one........

In the name of sacred duty, let us feel truly and realize and feel love in our lives. Let us be open to Love and ask for the right protection so that nothing interferes with true relationships and spiritual practices, themes, ideas, and insights and sharings.

If anything is truly red flagged, then by all means let us quickly turn around and run to our own hearts and into the right form of Light and to one or ones we know are loving, sweet, caring and thoughtful....we all deserve this.

Like the song resonates, let us "Truly See"----Let us see each other in love and light and let us feel and experience the Universal Divine Mother or anything that we relate to by truly seeing how selfless, caring and nurturing the Universe really is as we attract this into our lives.

A Christmas Eve Twin Flame Letter and Prayers--Dr. Rama

To understand this blog, one would have to read the previous blog posts on twin flames, soul mates, kindred spirits, letters to Aurora and other references to this. I hope this kind of letter also helps others when expressing their heart and when dealing with healing and hope.

Dear "Twin Flame "Aurora:" By now you surely know who you are and that such letters that I write are to "you."


My sincere hope from my heart is that you read these blog posts or at least feel their energy which contain my feelings, spiritual healing, love, support, caring and nurturing and that they reach your heart and soul through the unseen ethers, even if you do not read these, physically.


I only go with guidance and my heart as much as I can. I want you to know that at this time on this Christmas Eve, I am sending you the very core of my light and love to you.


It has now been 40 days without even passing by each other in any way. My heart shares the pain of Jesus and Moses because like them, my heart "has wandered in the desert for forty days and forty nights" wondering how you are and if you are doing well....has this change come once again "from the Dark," blocking your choices and intercepting the Light, or from your own choice as well? Can you search your heart to truly know what is what? You cannot deny that even in silent pass-by's there is much exchanged--through the heart, mind, and Soul......between us....


Why do I take risks with these blogs and after so much time has passed with what interaction we have had (and in reality, "have not had")? I can only say that it is a "soul calling", an unconditional love, a knowing of past-life connection that I know exists heart to heart.

From the window of my own heart and soul, I feel deep down you know this also. If you just trust your own heart you will feel and see this--at least even for the sake of true friendship.

Despite all that has happened so far I am still guided to send you true love, light and support.


Whether you choose to acknowledge, feel, or realize this is entirely with you, now . I write when inspired and when guided; I am moving on in my own life in the way I know how and in what my goals and dreams are; however my door is open if and when you are free from whatever is going on at this time.....

Only YOU, through your own will and choices, through your own power can you navigate your destiny. The blessings of so many living Divine Mothers and spiritual beings in the Light: Ammachi, Tara Mata, Adi Shakti Amma, Mother Meera, Mother Rytasha, Anandi Ma, Suma Ching Hai, Karunamayi and many healers are working for you through their love and intention.

However, only YOU can ultimately empower yourself to realize what you truly want and believe.

Through your own free will your own power must come forward to realize what is truly "Light" and what is "Dark" and to decide what direction to go. You (like all of us) must see this for oneself and not allow anyone or anything to control us....this happens when we allow it or when we are weakened by those who have brought us down over time...however we still have our inner strength and reserve to make the right choices for us in the Light.....

Deep down, you know that you have a greater purpose in life and that is to connect with work that involves Light and service and to connect in relationship and friendships that are in the Light---and not of the "Dark...." You know the difference, Aurora; it is a matter of choices...This "knowing" can only come to the surface through your Soul choices and your decisions--suggest to-choose wisely.....is what I say.... or more suffering is the result--do we need more of this? We all already have enough....is it not so??


My sincere prayer is that the Christ Consciousness: the very fabric of enlightenment wraps you in its sacred blanket of protection and healing at this time. May the guidance of Christ and all great masters and Divine mothers behind you (Kwan Yin, The "Great White Brotherhood" Archangel Raguel, Michael, and Raphael) and so many others in the unseen help you to discover your own inner radiance and splendor. May they help you break free from any "prison" that you are in so that you can truly come into your own power and truly be in a new life filled with love, true caring and giving. This is also my sincere wish for you and always has been.


My sincerest wish is that any negative and false feelings and impressions of me have been wiped away by your own realization of my sincerity, kindness, and thoughtfulness.

I will once again say that nothing that anyone has said negatively about me is true. If you have been reading any of these last 230 or more blog posts or at least if you have observed me in action at the places that we had run into each other this past 1.5 years, it is my hope that you have glimpsed even a little of what I am and what my heart is all about for you and for others. It is my hope that you can understand a little of what my inner and outer vision is through these blog posts.

If I was not sincere and true why would I take the time to write this letter after all this time? It is due to my faith in spiritual guidance, in YOU as a Soul and in the Light, and in our potential friendship.

Have I ever done or asked anything of you that is darkened or covered with a hidden agenda? My concern has always been for your support and happiness; for your peace, welfare, balance and stability. This I can truly say.

I have tried to the best of my ability over time to alleviate fear caused initially by so much unnecessary misunderstanding, worsened by others.

Close your eyes and meditate when you can. Visualize yourself as a bright light being filled with endless love. See yourself as whole, worthy, happy, peaceful, cheerful, humorous and happy. See yourself in a trusting relationship that supports and loves you wholly and truly for you, not for any hidden agenda and that you also return the same to that person..... --Acknowledge your own worthiness and remind yourself of all of your gifts and talents.

Then understand that whatever in the Light and through love you can think of and feel, know that I am there also as a true reflection of you...that is the "twin flame essence."

As I have said prior in my previous "twin flame letter" recently, our paths have crossed in this lifetime for many reasons that I have written about.

One of which is to help and guide you through the "Light and Dark, if you choose." Part of your Soul journey is to filter and decipher in this lifetime: "What is the Light and the Dark?"---to learn whom and what to trust and not trust. To understand how human beings "value the superficial" and sometimes discard that which is pure and true, due to the nature of the mind.

When a child is innocent, Aurora, it sometimes does not know who and what to trust and believe, particularly if that innocence was damaged, misled and betrayed. The child only knows what is right in front of it. We grow up with a mixture of what is Light and what is Dark. We must come to a place that is Light and realize who and what is in the Light. Only then can we find real happiness and peace.

Aurora, always keep in mind that the Dark will always be Dark and the Light will always be the Light. The Light always overcomes the Dark....always.....sooner or later.......

Use your intelligence, your own heart and your own intuitive knowing to realize what a brilliant being of Light that you are and what the Dark is trying to block and destroy inside you and how they are going about it.

Remember that we always have choice and we have the strength and wisdom to know the difference..... Always know that true love and the Light ultimately wins out. Through free will and the strength of our own choices, we have to learn and appreciate this.

Then Trust spontaneously arises for ourselves and with that special one and ones in our life in the Light.....

You are too gifted in the Light to "remain in the Dark"; however you must ultimately choose.....through free will ( Through our own free will-----) we exert our power--We do not have to participate in anything we do not want or cannot do---We decide---we must step to the plate of our own power and even take evasive action to ward off anything and everything that can even potentially harm us.. We have control over our bodies, minds and Self---No one else does. No one can decide for us....We know deep in our Soul and gut what is of the Light and what is not......We have to come to the place where we value the Light as being the most salient and the most precious "commodity" in our lives----more priceless than liquid gold, platinum, or diamonds emeralds or any other precious object....

The Light is our Inner Self---Our own Self worth--Our self esteem is the most priceless gift we have. The Dark knows this and tries to rob us of our Sense of Self.

Without our Sense of Self--we are NOTHING and the dark knows this as well---although it cannot ever be lost it can be forgotten and the Dark tries to make us forget our worth and true pride and dignity through endless trickery and flattery and illusion. We have to stop the damage from childhood or anything else that causes our challenging behaviors to continue in the present that the Dark plays and preys upon.......

Who ultimately cares what the "Dark holds over our head and threatens us with? So, if we made some mistakes we can own them, acknowledge them, face them and just move on. Those who love us will understand, those who do not, it does not matter. In this way the Dark loses its grip and hold on us.

We can then release a major source of FEAR..........that has or had paralyzed our free will-----the support of someone who loves us truly helps us through this--honest dialogue and frank revealing of feelings is the ultimate healing lotion.

The Dark loses its hold on us through honest revealing--it is the true escape into the Light---it truly is....

Free will can do this along with Grace from the Divine.

Free will is key---we are powerful beings and we must exert it no matter what has happened to us in the past and who and what has tried to take it away through anything: misunderstanding, abuse, misuse and anything else that bombards our hearts.

Remember London during World War 2----They survived because of the strength of Heart and Spirit against a very dark enemy....very, very dark....remember children, women, ethnic groups were all mercilessly killed........by the German forces...... Remember any hero---because they honored themselves they were victorious---even in death. Mahatma Gandhi, Martin Luther,,,,,,Martin Luther King, Nelson Mandela, Tina Turner, Buddha, Mohammed, Jesus, Zoroaster, Lao Tzu, An-al Haq and countless others.......Harriet Tubman.......Frederick Douglass,,,The Astronauts....any and all.

Remember Christ or any saint who was even martyred--nothing could touch their Self or self-esteem

Let us not allow anything to interfere with our free will---Our own pure conscience will tell us when something is not right---We must listen and follow this.

Our guides work through our deepest conscience--That is why it is said, "Let our conscience be our guide......"

Always remember that the Light is always pure, unconditional and never judges. It never abuses, misuses and berates. It never betrays trust. It does not behave like a "wolf in sheep's clothing." It does not involve drama, chaos and aggressive behaviors. It does not impress with false flattery and promises that evaporate like a mirage in a desert when one is dry and begging for water. A true friend in the Light is rare but they do exist. And, most people in the world are truly good.

The Light never uses trickery and deception. It does not play mind games. It does not coerce and force. it does not "brainwash"......

It never uses anything that clouds the mind (drugs, intoxicants or anything) that gives the false illusion of bliss, love and peace. This is the ploy of the Dark to destroy our nerves and our power of judgement and discernment. Real joy and love never depends on any substance or anything from the outside---it is Self-born, inside us as "US"----- The Light never interferes with free will and will never keep one "guarded and a prisoner" of the mind and even of the body.

We have the ability to heal without the use of substances that do not leave us balanced and whole,,,,we really do.....

Those in the Light never abuse and misuse through the Divine gift of sex and sexuality. In the Light, sex and sexuality are filled with love, mutual giving and sharing, respect, dignity, caring, balance, wholeness, true humor, true passion and vigor, laughter, playfulness, gentleness and understanding. True sex and sexuality is not bought and sold like a common vegetable. Even such items are treated with great care....why should we not be also??

True sexuality is brimming with tenderness, warmth, encouragement and support. It never takes or grabs selfishly; it never violates our boundaries that are part of the dignity of our heart and Soul...... it never deceives and betrays Trust. It does not cause damage to the heart and Soul intentionally at all....true sexuality in the Light consoles and comforts without an agenda---it makes us feel safe and secure, as we recognize our own heart and power as well: each person helping and balancing each other in a loving reciprocal exchange......

Sexuality in the Light does not go into dark practices and into that which further damages our body, emotions, and mind. The Light never forces us to do anything that makes us uncomfortable and frightened.

Fear is not part of the Light at all; it is only the shadow.....

Fear vanishes as illusion in the Light.

The Light helps us see that our inner abuse, misuse and damage of our heart is being recreated when we have not healed. In this situation, by all means come into the true Light for healing. In this, there is balance, calmness, sacred trust, fairness, honesty, integrity, caring, giving receiving, and sharing----nothing of Selfishness that the Dark covers itself by, and parades around saying anything and everything to keep us fooled.

This Christmas Eve and during this Holy Time and into the New Year; from the depths of my heart and love I am asking you to remember your own inner love and strength. Awaken your wisdom to know what is Light and Dark and what truly wins out.

Do not fall into the trap of the abyss of what the Dark says it will do. We will wait for eternity for this because the Dark never delivers what it says.

I have spoken and written of so many sacred beings in my blog posts and elsewhere: Jesus, Quan, Yin, Archangel Michael, Raguel, Kahlil Gibran and so many others in the seen and unseen.

I have referred to so many beings here today in physical form (Tara Mata, Mother Meera, Mother Rytasha, Mother Ammachi, Suma Ching Hai, Swami Satchidananda, Swami Muktananda, Bruno Groening, and so many, many more) that are doing and have done wondrous work and service for others in modern times through the many websites I have referred to.....one can catch a glimpse of who they are and what they represent: the very true heart and soul that we all already have......Remember their qualities and their attributes as a reference point.

Would they behave in the way the Dark behaves?

Would their teachings reflect anything of what is darkened and sullied by distortions and false notions about Spirit, Nature, and the love of and for mankind and all of creation? Would such ones (and those close to them, including myself) ever do such things?

We must contemplate and evaluate this all and realize that we must go into the Light for true safety and security. In the Dark turmoil will always exist. It is its nature.

So in this holy time all I ask is that you remember your own heart and love, no matter what has happened in the past for you. Just stay with the love of your own heart and this love will guide you into the Light and into a new life. Anything that is not harmonious will not resonate with this love. This is how to understand what is true or not.

Find your own power that is still within you. It can never be taken away no matter what has happened, happens or is happening. Your own power is present as the Spark of Divinity inside you and all of us.

Never allow the Dark to influence your own opinions that you know to be true.....or we will be swayed by everyone else and lose our own balance of power...

Your own heart cannot do anything truly and completely "in the Dark"---your Soul knows this; I know this; you know this; the Divine knows this. Honor this and step forward by creating a new life.......

......Like a caterpillar awakening from a long slumber that manifests into the brilliance of a Monarch.....butterfly.........trust your own guidance and true Guides of light through your own conscience

Hope, Trust and Faith do exist. True friends do exist. Genuine Support and Love is available. We have to open our mind, eyes and ears to see what is genuine and true and what is plastic and zircon.

Only through humility can we see this, Aurora. The Universe sooner or later makes us see this to realize that through humility we realize our dreams and goals in the Light and not through the Dark that will never deliver what is says through arrogance, pride, hatefulness, jealousy, lust, greed, envy, anger, deception, delusion and illusion. It never will.

Always know that no matter what has happened, we are all still worthy. We are always worthy. We have all made different choices, that is all.

Through our power and free will we can change the course of our life immediately, even in the next moment. We can have an extraordinary life in the Light if we choose....to..in whatever form it takes.

Help, protection, support, love, is present. Use your wisdom to see that it is right in front of you. The feeling of "stuckness" will dissolve and disappear when we realize that we do have options and choices.....it can be challenging at first but there is Light that opens up when we think we are in a dark tunnel......

However your hand must reach out to the Light and to the Divine; the Light then steps forward a thousand fold to you and to all.... Those in the Light will then reach out to you as best as they can.

Use your heart, understand your own heart, let your own heart be the gage to realize that you are a being of Light---that you ultimately came here for the Light and to be of service to the Light-------anything less will only to continue to cause suffering, cloudiness, and confusion.....

In Light, clarity and wholeness arises along with Trust and finally peace and balance.....

Through our remembrance of the Good, our Fear diminishes and finally dissolves--we can then take right action that is appropriate for US......

Through the Good we can all work on forgiving others. If our parents are ill or "were and are not there for us".....in different ways, through forgiveness our life can move forward as well.....as we understand them we understand ourselves also.

Part 2 _If we do not Develop, Heal and Defend our Self-Esteem, Illness, Misfortune, Depravity, Poverty and Depression Arise--Dr. Rama

As I had written in the last blog,

Our Self esteem is "the child of the Divine Mother." All of our Divine qualities lie within the sweet baby of our Self esteem, carefully created by the Divine Mother of the Universe. We must care and tend to this baby with utmost care as it is a true gift from the Divine. Everybody is different and unique--each is precious and priceless.

Unless we are a darkened ogre, rogue, a devil incarnate, or someone who is totally shut down, if a baby or child is ill or abused then does our heart not lament and grieve?

It is the same with our Self-esteem. It is our baby that we must take care of---we are the custodian of a priceless gift given by the Divine or whatever we relate to is a Higher Power.

So if we do not defend, develop, heal, or nurture our Self-esteem, then we are subject to depression, depravity, illness, misfortune and so on. Our "baby" is then subject to tremendous hardship and despair.

Some of us have never really developed our Self-esteem because we were not nurtured or cared for while others have been abused and misused. We do not know what Self-esteem is because we are always feeling so low. If we do not have it or experience it, how can we even relate to feeling better about ourselves, no matter what people say or what false notions we project about how confident we are?

Some of us have an extraordinarily positive sense of Self but there is always room for improvement--no one ever stops learning and growing....

Everyone is somewhere; the point is that we have to begin from where we are. Wherever we are there is always room to heal and grow we must sometimes stand up for ourselves and defend our being by setting limits and sharing with the world what we will and will not do....this is part of healthy boundaries and part of "defending"---all of these things come from our evolving sense of solid self--

Knowing who we are what we are and what we are about...so that we can relate with the world in a healthy way.

What do we need to do with all this when we are not experiencing healthy Self-esteem or if our Self esteem is being assaulted?

We have to literally drop everything and anything that is going on around us.

We have to freeze frame our life for a few minutes, hours, days, weeks, months and even years sometimes: to simply acknowledge and imbibe what Swami Muktananda has said: "To honor ourselves, love ourselves, respect ourselves, worship and kneel to our own selves, understand ourselves because 'God' dwells within us as US...

When we do this we perform the greatest thing that we can do and we reestablish our personal power....

Our very life force and our Spirit coming through our mind and body is part of our Self esteem.

We have to stop the behaviors, attitudes, feelings, emotions, thoughts, and actions that degrade ourselves. ONLY WE CAN DO THIS..... If we do not understand that we are degrading ourselves then we must learn what is self-empowering and what is degrading...that is hard if we are in an environment of constant negativity or if we have grown up with this constant issue. We have to be the ones to say NO MORE! We have to be in enough pain to realize that we deserve much, much, more than what we see and know, particularly if we are in very abusive and difficult situations.

Even if we hold this in our mind and heart even if we cannot change it right away we are setting up powerful forces in the Universe for change. We have to hold this position and vision and then see that it will all manifest in its own time.

The only thing is that we cannot and should not block this process by our fear, resistance, laziness, complacency and entitlement. Nothing is owed us. We owe the Universe......

If we do not wake up and take charge and defend ourselves and realize that we deserve better than we can gather instant karma.

If we do not honor ourselves we literally upset the divine balance of the Divine Mother inside us, this is what creates negative cause and effect and we start to experience this in our outer and inner life.....such "dishonor" lodges deep into our auric field---and our Chakras--when it is deep, chronic and intense, such dishonor manifests into the physical and compromises our physical body.

Some call her the Kundalini energy, others say different things. The Divine Mother is forever watching our thoughts, behaviors, actions, motivations, and choices. Are we moving into the Light with our Higher Self--or remaining stuck in the Dark?

If we continue to not follow guidance, clues, hints, signs, and suggestions from those who are helping us and from situations that show us that we need to change then we are inviting negative karma and this is the karma that brings misfortune and disease: emotional, mental and even physical. With each ignoring, rationalization, defending the 'enemy, excuses that we produce for difficult and negative behaviors that are within us or around us---we will sink further and further into the quicksand of despair.....we have to pull ourselves out.....or sink down......into a bottomless pit.

As Swami Muktananda (http://www.siddhayoga.org/) used to say: 'The Shakti (the Divine Mother) will turn against you; (if we do not honor ourselves and the inner light)."

This is not a punishing statement. It means by our own actions we will suffer; we have a choice.--why suffer?---there is already so much on our plate--why choose more misery?

If we continue to remain in abuse, misuse, mistreatment, lack of empowerment, fear, not standing up for ourselves, if we continue to block our own voice and power, if we allow dark characters to rule our lives then we invite disease, poverty, misfortune, depravity, disfigurement from violence around us if we are in that environment, and more serious illness and even death.

Our addictions will rise and we will be clouded and not be able to discern what is Truth and what is not.

Our trust will be undermined. Our fear and paranoia will increase. We will be afraid to even leave the house and waste valuable time that can be useful and creative.

We can create illness that involves compromised immunity, diseases of the blood, unexplained aches and pains, all kinds of GI problems, headaches, fatigue and of course serious anxiety and depression and so much, much more as the field of mind, body Spirit medicine is discovering what the ancients have known for centuries..

We stop exercising, we lose our beauty, vitality and inner luster. We appear tired and haggard. We can lose and gain weight. Our skin becomes sallow and flabby. Our inner light is dimmed and our body reflects this. Forced sex from those who are abusive and controlling and drugs and addictions further destroy the "inner Ojas" or inner energy or prana that is part of our life force. This leaves us weakened and this also harbors disease.

We cannot even function because of the level of depression and anxiety. We sleep too much during the day and stay up at night---again upsetting the balance of Nature.



We must seek help and not allow "the Dark" to stop us because they do not want us healthy; they want us helpless and lifeless to continue to drain our life force.

This is why our Soul must wake up and take charge. We cannot give our power away; this is part of defending our Self-esteem

If we are too weakened and compromised, just let our legs do the walking and go to someone or a group of ones who love us so that we can borrow their strength until we find our own and forget about the fear and threats being made against us.

We are worth it. We deserve the highest and best no matter what we have done or who we think we are---. We must develop the concept of a high Self esteem even if we do not have it or do not know of it and/or improve the one we have.---

This is part of our evolution; no one can escape this---we must discover our inner Self-worth---suffering arises until we finally stop to do the inner work to discover our worth and our inner gifts.........

We can avoid so much disease and misfortune if we just go back to basics and that is to honor ourselves and reach out to that which brings us light, love, positive feeling and joy.

We must all take a good look at ourselves in the mirror. We cannot run away and hide. There is no way to hide. The Universe is a big place.



We are all being tested otherwise we would not be here.



In my understanding we are here on this physical earth to discover and uncover our enlightenment in whatever way is unique for us and our Self esteem reflects our enlightenment.



Our Self esteem is the mirror of our enlightenment; it reflects how we truly feel about ourselves and to the world.



If our mirror is broken, fragmented, distorted, fractured dusty or has smudges upon it, then how can we reflect the real US?



When the moon or our enlightened Self reflects on a calm and peaceful pond (our Self-esteem through our mind) you see the whole moon clearly. But if there are waves we cannot see the reflection of the moon.



Our Self-esteem is our greatest gift. Until we learn and sustain our Self-esteem we will be tested over and over again. It is part of natural law.



The new movie "Avatar" (www.avatarthemovie.com.au) is a beautiful movie that illustrates how we must flow with Nature and natural principles; this natural guidance and benevolence is known as "The Divine Mother....."



To "commune, experience and understand," the Divine Mother means that we turn inside ourselves into our own consciousness and feel this love inside. We then recognize that this love that is hidden behind our mind and body is the same love that simultaneously sustains, defends, develops and heals our Self esteem.

Our healthy Self-esteem is one aspect, one facet of the infinite facets or faces of the Divine Mother that exists inside us.

Our Self esteem like the mirror reflects our enlightenment; and much of who we are represented in our Self esteem is this creative life force known as the Divine Mother.

When we honor our Self-esteem we honor the Divine Mother in ourselves and in Nature.

Self-esteem means many, many things. There is no one way to make a list. I will try to summarize and illustrate.... It means how we feel about ourselves, how we hold and cherish our life, who we are and how we carry ourselves in the world. It means holding a position in what we will and will not do. It means not giving away our power to the Dark to use and misuse us. It means waking up from our slumber of our denial to see how people and situations are taking advantage of us and our inner pain and injury if we are unhealed. It means not having a high tolerance for pain and abuse because that is what some are used to from childhood.

We may not even realize that we are being abused and that we need to wake UP!

It means taking inventory of all of our good qualities and appreciating them. It means going deeper than just superficial beauty and handsomeness but really understanding that we are Divine beings with Divine qualities and that we have something useful and beautiful to contribute to the world in whatever way: large or small.


Self-esteem means that in appreciating ourselves we flow with humor, joy, laughter and balance.


It means being able to soothe ourselves and comfort ourselves when we are alone frightened and in pain to the best of our ability and to know that we are essentially "okay"--that we are good people.


Self-esteem means that we accept all of ourselves and not that we do judge ourselves for our actions and choices and further berate who we are and thus go into a cycle of Self-punishment: such as "I am only good for--"lowly activities and darkened actions---------) and thus receive low and subservient treatment.

Where and how can I continue discussing such a vast subject?

I can only give a few simple points and I will try to do a few blogs on this to expand.

1. If we do not feel great, stable or good about ourselves we have to analyze the cause; we cannot bury our head in the sand. We cannot continue to blame others or make excuses or laugh things off. We cannot ultimately delay or procrastinate.

2. If we do not stop and change our life, pain will be the teacher. We will reach rock bottom to a point where we have to rebuild ourselves when we are in enough pain. It is like a building imploding and then having to be redesigned and rebuilt like the Twin Towers. We can even lose our life and soul if we do not break our fall or if we do not rebuild after falling.

Scenario 1--If we have had severe fragmentation and abuse, our work is a different path

If abuse and misuse of any kind has occurred in our childhood, know that this hard and heavy wiring is affecting us today. We may not have the answers at once and the healing solutions--but we have to remove ourselves from the situation of abuse we are in or we cannot break free; we have to do it, no one else can. We break free when inside we have had "enough" mistreatment and when we have injured our "inner Divine Mother" enough to know that we must get out and fast.....to injure and abuse our inner Divine Mother is to degrade the very life force by which we live and our soul at some point cannot and will not tolerate this....it cannot because we are Divine....we are meant to be loved and honored and to love and honor---- not to be degraded and demoralized. We stay in abuse because that is all that we are used to....until someone who loves us tells us of another way; we see it ourselves; or groups of ones come in to inspire us. (see the blog called the "Little Brown Frog the story from India)... The people abusing us are sent by the Divine to "clear our karma"---somewhere in this lifetime or in past lives we have been abused or were the abuser. Meeting the abuse again head on forces us to face what we have done in the past. Walking away and embracing our own power clears this so that we never have to face abuse again because we clear it from our field.... Breaking free puts an end to the karma of having to endure being abused.

When abused, we are beaten down so low that we cannot even think straight. In extreme cases of abuse if we are being sexually misused, or even drugged or misled down a road of addictions to take advantage of us, there is no other way to salvage our Self-esteem except to go to a shelter or seek someone we know who loves us enough to help us. We must be careful because the abusers often can give us drugs in drinks and food and we do not know it. They often say the drugs will "help us" when in reality they are only trying to alter the consciousness to take complete advantage of us sexually and completely degrade us with very, very darkened actions.....or, that the drugs "will help us with our panic attacks, anxiety and depression" when this is not the case at all---these types of drugs make the situation worse......

The drugs are given to keep us from seeking help; because if we got healthier the abuser would lose control over us!!

The idea is to keep us fragmented so that we never regain our Self-esteem, we never meet the Divine Mother inside of us and never are able to honor ourselves to come back into our own power....

Often the abuser keeps us a psychological prisoner, pushing our buttons and insecurities by constantly putting us down, yelling and berating us and we are even a "physical prisoner" where we are watched or cannot leave the house, etc. They threaten us with exposing us to some embarrassing things we may have done---but this is all a trick and ploy of the Dark---ultimately our own life is important---who cares what is embarrassing---we can face it in order to get out to have a better life......

We are sometimes so trapped that if we do not participate in such darkened abusive sexual encounters we will end up being raped anyway.....so our power is destroyed and this is the Dark's exact purpose---to break us down so that we do not fight at all and that the abuser gets absolute control over our body, mind and Spirit......

We have to find and rediscover the spark of the Divine Mother inside of us to fight this assault against our Self-esteem. In this movie Avatar, the strength of the Divine Mother fought off the assault against the alien Avatar's home planet and they were victorious.

It is the same with us. We have to fight. We cannot give up and give in to the Dark, unless we consciously want to stay there. Then no one can assist us unless we choose. Like I wrote in the "Story of Krishna" blog, we cannot sometimes stand still and be passive---the famous ancient Indian war between two royal families, illustrated that we must sometimes stand up for what we believe and know to be true.....We cannot let people ride all over us and thus be door mats. We cannot say that we deserve "bad treatment because we have done bad things". We cannot say we are "going to hell anyway" so what does it matter?---This is all negative and distorted thinking.

If we have been damaged, we can be healed--the human spirit has this resiliency....believe an honest person who loves us if we know one on this and borrow their Trust---ask the Divine for someone like this to enter our lives if we do not know one. We are fortunate if someone is already there behind the scenes routing for us.

We cannot allow the guilt of being sexually abused or other forms of abuse as children to allow others to ravage us again sexually as adults without our true consent. We do not deserve this and we never have. We cannot participate as a form of self-punishment, we have to nullify the guilt through healthier thinking.

.This is where we have to fight to remember and recall our extraordinarily good and divine qualities and allow the abuse of the Dark to not further damage us.

The Dark bombards us with loud music, violent and sexual TV shows on big screens, chaos, curse words, yelling, dark actions, work that is illegal and dangerous, and frank threats to get us to forget our Light and goodness. With all this we have no time to meditate and think properly. They keep us running and doing dangerous and silly things filled with debauchery and meaningless chatter.... That is the Dark's purpose: to keep us confused and bewildered.----this is why we have to remove ourselves from the environment and realize this is not love at all, this is not caring and concern but pure abuse.....

The Dark holds things over our head (things that are embarrassing to us or that will publicly humiliate us) or they will threaten our families and others who love us to frighten us when in reality if we just walked away it would not ultimately matter. We can start over and not be affected by such darkness.--

We worry about money because through money, we are controlled or we have allowed ourselves to be controlled because the abuser takes over our economic power and thus our voice.

We must know that we can find a way to be provided for and those who love us will help in the way they can. It is better to be poorer for a while than to subject ourselves to the poverty of abuse and misuse which leads to our soul death and ultimate demise; nothing is ever worth staying around for blood money---we will always lose this kind of money anyway because it is tainted with negativity and darkness....it involves the connection of the suffering of people and we will absorb that negative karma if we continue to participate.

Scenario 2: We may not have experienced abuse but rather a whole host of issues that simply challenge us to grow and change for the better from wherever we are

Even if have not been abused growing up and that is not our experience, we always have to expand and grow our Self-esteem like a beautiful rose garden as there are many scenarios that do not involve abuse but there are other angles to how our Self-esteem evolves and develops. We are all wired to always strive for what is Divine, beautiful, meaningful and powerful for us.

For those who just want to improve and understand Self, know this: we are all at risk of plateauing and stagnating or not reaching our goals and highest and best.---we have to constantly strive to work at it.

This is why it is important to maintain what we are grateful for and keep a list of our hobbies, talents, strengths and virtues and what we would like to see different and expanded and just work on one or two things at a time to not feel overwhelmed.

Reaching out to someone who loves us, escaping to a shelter or rehab facility--- speaking or just listening in a group, seeking therapy, going to a 12 step program, practicing some form of Spirituality to help us find our inner Divine Mother or any power of our understanding, speaking to a physician are all first steps to improve our Self-esteem particularly if we have been systematically dealing with abuse.

The only way to truly let go is to just open our hand and let go---with a closed fist we hang on--tight-------with an open hand the energy of the Divine Mother can lovingly sit upon our open and receptive palm.....one would have to see the Movie to understand further---

Even if we have not been abused and misused we are all humans with the inherent drive to evolve grow and blossom.....Taking inventory on our positive qualities and setting simple goals to work towards at least moves our energy forward and cuts through the rut and routine of our daily grind that often tries to block our Self-esteem expansion and understanding.

Either way, we cannot remain stubborn and prideful. The Universe will not allow it, especially those who have a purpose of service and greater spiritual expansion for themselves and others.

We will be taken down sooner or later in a way that finally makes us bow our head to listen to our inner voice and strength which is the Divine Mother, herself speaking to us through our own conscience and consciousness.

In that listening we are finally guided into more and more wholeness because we finally keep our ego out of the way and realize that we are beings of light and love rather than the drama we find ourselves in---in myriad and diverse forms.

Reclaim our own Power, Now.... Through Unconditional Love: An Extraordinary Vision of Kahlil Gibran--Dr. Rama--dialogue on "Divine Light"

Tonight was a very beautiful service at Cathedral of Light in Carrollton off I 35N on the way to Oklahoma: Oklahoma City, Norman, Midwest City....etc. (see previous blog). This morning I was wondering why I am still guided there for the past 8 months (at this time at least) and not the previous larger Church where I had been going 8 months ago--- and tonight illustrated a remarkable example as to why.

It was a beautiful Christmas Eve service. It was small and intimate but very powerful and loving, filled with light....During their illuminating music and service, I went into a deep meditation in the inner Light and I asked for the well being of all present, and many who I could think of for their upliftment, including the being known as "Aurora."

To my amazement in my inner gaze the vision of Kahlil Gibran appeared, the 20th century poet, mystic, and I feel, saint. Please see Wikipedia for further info noted above. I have seen him before over some years on and off but tonight was particularly clear and inspiring.

When the inner Kundalini is awakened and Grace performs its work on us, one can see many visions and have many insights from many masters: past, present, and future. Often we do not know fully why they come but we get some insight through all of this in many ways and forms: through vision, symbols, colors, inner dialogue and so on.


The reader must understand that I never write anything that is not true or what I truly believe to not be true.

When Kahlil Gibran has come in the past in my inner vision, he often passed onto me ever increasing understanding and experience of the state of unconditional love: one of the main things he stood for and imbibed in his writings and poetry, his most famous book is of course called, "The Prophet". Often he would not "say anything" to me but would just be present and frankly, although I know there is a deep connection with him, I did not know much of his biography.

In tonight's vision, I clearly saw him as an "ascended master"-one who exists at a very high light vibration within a high dimension of "Source"--in a very expanded role compared to his most recent earthly role.

He was wearing an extraordinarily light pale blue turban and at the center of it he was wearing a beautiful aqua blue jewel in the turban's center. Gazing at this aqua jewel, my inner gaze radiated this color, his captivating eyes even matched this color...... I had forgotten that he was Lebanese and spoke Arabic....

This time I could hear him in my inner vision and he said that "through the power of your unconditional love, others can be healed as they remember their own unconditional love for themselves (as the experience is transferred to them through you and others to others)" Very powerful tears were rolling down my eyes, (not sobbing) but spontaneous, continuous, light tears that indicated a very high vibration of light and love that was streaming from the energy of Kahlil Gibran through me and into the room. I clearly understood that in the ethers he was "an ambassador of love" and heals many silently through this power.

I specifically asked for the healing and awakening and "freedom" for Aurora and he instantly understood. I immediately saw him placing his hand upon mine and upon Aurora's at the same time, transmitting grace, healing and blessing; silently reaffirming the "twin flame" energy. He reiterated that through unconditional love of Self, Aurora can and will break free into a new life, away from all negativity and darkness.

I have not seen Aurora for 38 days. They have not been present at the place that "brush by's and pass by's" occur and/or we have not run into each other. Deep down I know why this has happened, basically. Even though Aurora has not said anything yet over all this time, no matter what has happened, happening or will happen or what their outer issues and feelings are, Aurora cannot deny there is and has been a silent, supportive and loving connection that is exchanged between us, even without saying anything and there are those who are trying to block even this and there are other reasons as well .

.---As I have said in my recent "broken heart" blog--who can "completely" explain unconditional love other than it has to ultimately be experienced? I just want Aurora to know how not even having had this silent physical exchange for 38 days has had a tremendous effect on my own heart; only they ultimately know what is going on in their heart and what they feel or not.... If they have the willingness to meditate upon the heart, just by feeling their own heart beat and tuning in to feel what I feel, they would certainly know the depth of what is going on inside me and the impact of this 38 days....upon me and so much more..... and of course if it is present, feel and acknowledge their own love for me in my direction as well.....

I have tried to just practice detachment with unconditional love and offer it back to Source and to guides to help in this situation-which is-no easy task.... That is all I can do and I hope that whatever has happened, wherever they are, and whatever they are doing, they are moving into more and more Light and are reclaiming their own personal power to move into a new life, quietly closing the door to walk away from the Dark, to embrace unconditional love.

So it is no accident that Kahlil Gibran appeared in this sacred and timely way--and also to show that no matter what happens in the physical, the unconditional love for someone, especially a "twin flame" like Aurora always exists and never dies--it cannot be ultimately taken away or destroyed..nor from whatever inteference the Dark tries to create to try to block this love.....-As my own heart has been in a challenging state with all of this......I asked Kahlil, "what is unconditional love?" to see what his thoughts and feelings and perspective were in the moment. And Kahlil replied that "unconditional love is self-born, spontaneous and free. It does not judge or wax and wane because of who and what we are or what we think we have and have not done. IT has no judgment, blemish, condition or cause. It is not given and then taken away. It does not appear and disappear or fade like the illusions from the mirage of the Dark...that promises everything and ultimately delivers nothing.... It arises inside us because it is US. We feel love for ourselves and others for the sake of love itself. Such love is never born or dies because it eternally exists."

"We sometimes forget this state of love, being cloaked in a human body and role. By realizing that we must accept ourselves and others "as we are" without judgement, we gain the strength to break free and strengthen our free will. In the state of unconditional love for ourselves we can stand up and release ourselves from anything, including abuse and misuse. We simply walk away and say goodbye to our past and those disturbing our mind, body, Spirit and emotions....because we have had enough of those who judge and harshly criticize us and do not treat us in a way that is loving and whole......he even went further to say that Aurora can simply walk away as they learn to love themselves; it does not have to be long and drawn out. Grace can change the situation in one moment.... More and more negativity need not be experienced, to the point of "explosion, violence or other misfortune in order to wake up to embrace the Light and unconditional love."---

"It is a matter of silently embracing the love and honoring and respecting ourselves to know that we deserve and need the highest and best in all areas of life and meeting those who love us half way to share and be with."

I truly did not know his biography until I looked it up tonight, myself.

He has written amazing writings on family, love, friendship, intimate partnerships and so on all on the premise of unconditional love. I did not even connect the camaraderie as writers, either fully until tonight!

Interestingly, I did not know he was originally Christian-I thought he was Islamic-and I did not know that he spoke Arabic and was from Lebanon and moved to the United States to Boston and went back and forth to Lebanon. In addtion, believe it or not, I truly saw the sacred image of "Sananda" (the Sanksrit name of Jesus or Christ (in his ethereal form) behind Kahlil and did not understand the connection until I looked it up in his biography. Much of his poetry and writings are about Jesus! I truly also do sometimes see the vision of Jesus in my inner gaze. --I truly do; but I never saw the connection between Kahlil and Jesus until tonight.

Also, interestingly, Kahlil Gibran was very devoted to Abdu-l'baha, the original founder of the Bahai Faith: the faith that recognizes all religions in Unity under one Dome. And today, the Bahai's have the largest LOTUS shaped temple in New Delhi, India!

And, since I was a child I have been connected to Swami Satchidananda in Yogaville Virginia near Charlottesville who was the inspiration behind the first LOTUS (Light of Truth Universal Shrine) temple in the Western Hemisphere. http://www.lotus.org/

And, right here in Dallas in the previous large Church I have some involvement with the upcoming PEACE chapel that will also honor all religions and faiths under one structure as well.--This is the second of its kind in the USA right here in Dallas Texas after the LOTUS temple in Virginia.

All of this once again is confirmation of the inner vision: of which we understand sometimes and sometimes we do not, all at once. It is especially sacred when we see and hear inside ourselves and then later read about it and get the confirmation that what we see, hear, and read is indeed true!!

In the inner light, all is known and unknown, seen and unseen. May we all realize our own inner light and share it with the world.

My sincere hope is that Aurora discover that they are the inner light and that unconditional love arises from the Light--- and that is why that name came to me for them. (previous blog posts explain this in detail)

And it is my hope that they truly feel the love of Kahlil Gibran and so many other guides along with my own unconditional love for them. In this, may their own love, strength, power, confidence and healing from the past truly take place very, very soon.

There is nothing that cannot be overcome that unconditional love cannot cure or heal; it is especially important for Aurora to truly take this inside themselves and truly understand that unconditional love does exist...my love for Aurora is living proof.....until they also realize their own love inside themselves as well.

This is the the true shared twin flame essence of love: unconditional love for ourselves that we in turn share wholly with another in equal exchange......it is timeless, boundless, fathomless and truly real....

Unconditional love is the candle that dispels the Dark. The Dark has no power of its own. When a candle is lit, the Dark does not fight back; it simply vanishes without a trace. And we do not even see or know its presence.....This is how our fear dissolves, by lighting the candle of unconditional inside ourselves and appreciating and reaching out to someone who unconditionally loves us or asking Source for someone like this to appear in our lives if we do not consciously know of someone who does.


During this holiday season I truly send the very best to Aurora and all others including myself to reclaim our own power and no matter what Trust that the Light will provide for us far, far more than the Dark ever could or would.

Without reclaiming our power through unconditional love and without embracing the unconditional love from another who is supportive of us, we then run the risk of ongoing illness and inner misery and misfortune that we ultimately create.

Subtle Light and Inspiration at Cathedral of Light--Dr. Rama

You know, it is interesting and inspiring that guidance still takes me to Cathedral of Light at 2040 N. Denton in Carrollton, (not Old Denton Rd) at 10:30 am East of I35n on the way to Oklahoma: Oklahoma City, Norman, Midwest City, etc.

The previous Church though grand and inspiring, and even though I have written I revisited recently for my own healing, "still is not calling me back just yet......" Somehow Grace is still not giving the green signal to be there regularly just yet.....even with all the beautiful Christmas celebrations---etc.

I would have never thought I would be at Cathedral of Light for this amount of time, but Grace is mysterious and it provides a very quiet and sweet and small place to heal and share.

It is still a quaint place to meet people quietly and just talk, listen, be, and make amends or whatever. And it is a little safe haven to just feel secure and loved......

There is a deep peace and light there and hence its name.

Let us see what Grace does over the next few weeks. I try to just follow the heart.

There always is some deeper purpose in this and I pray that my ego stay out of the way and/or dissolve.
